The City of Kansas City, Missouri, and City Market charges for parking at 3rd & Grand, consistent with the overall parking policy in the River Market area. Parking fees at this lot is $1 per hour, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. About thirty spaces will be reserved for transit riders. Each spot will have a sign that indicates it is for transit riders.

East Village serves as the downtown anchor for the 10-mile Prospect MAX line. The location provides frequent east-west connections to the core of downtown from East Village. The transit center will be accessible for people with disabilities including level boarding, provide bike racks, have bg真人游戏 Bike rentals, and have plenty of real-time information. By the end of the year, free public WiFi will be available. An indoor waiting area is expected to open when COVID-19 is no longer a local threat. The Customer Service Lobby at 18th and Forest will be relocated to 12th and Charlotte at that time. Lost and Found pick up is by appointment at East Village.
